Expertise

Summary

Our teams expertise covers a broad range of technical, medical and administrative fields. We are very proud of this diverse skill base. It is the key to spawning innovation. We also believe that “expertise” is never measured by a degree or title after a name. Some of the most brilliant talent in this world have never seen the inside of a college and interestingly enough, found it limiting rather than growing their potential. A degree is a critical foundation…but only a foundation to build upon.

Memberships/Societies

Our team members also have something else in common, we love to learn and never stop learning. With that said, our team have ties with the following professional societies to foster growth and networking.

  • American Medical Association (AMA)
  • American Dental Association (ADA)
  • American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)
  • Academy of General Dentistry (AGD)
  • Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
  • International Facility Management Association (IFMA)
  • Technology, Education and Design Conference (TED)
  • International Wildlife Rehabilitation Council (IWRC)

Engineering Capabilities

Our companies laboratories and equipment are divided across several of our team members own specialty labs within their own businesses and private research centers. We have two small permanent laboratories located in Anaheim and Lakewood, California.

Computing and simulation capabilities are hosted across the windows and Linux based platform. We also have custom materials test chambers to simulate several types of biological and natural environments as well as an extensive mechanical engineering lab with digitally controlled milling machines. Contracting with several local machine and plastics developers in Southern California has allowed us to build virtually any prototype hardware.

Laboratories & Field Testing

Pacifica Consortium has access to several field testing laboratories as well as local certification testing centers. Our local FCC and UL testing source is National Testing Systems in Fullerton, California. Our environments testing and hazardous materials testing is performed though a cooperative agreement with the Mojave Space Port authority in Mojave, California and the National Rocketry Societies field test center in California City, California.

Academic Associations

Pacifica Consortium is dedicated to fostering a creative environment with local universities and colleges of Southern California. On occasion, the team will allow select undergraduate and graduate students to participate in our various research projects. Students and educational faculty are encouraged to contact us for further information. Please visit our contacts page for further information.

Publishing

All members of our team are avid supporters of technical publication to share knowledge. Both in various technical journals of professional societies and here on our website, our team members do there best to share notable research and accomplishments as is appropriate.

Our web site is also available to undergraduate and graduate students who wish to disclose their notable research in fields tied to our interests. Publication of qualified technical papers and briefings is provided at no cost to the author who is affiliated with our organization.

Research Protocols

The Pacifica Consortium research and development process is driven heavily by proven and sound research protocols that have been approved by our various team leads. Many of our protocols follow in perfect synchronization with the standard scientific process. We have developed specialty protocols that utilize various proprietary methods in testing certain processes and materials. These protocols will be shared with both qualifying government and commercial/medical organizations upon non-disclosure agreement implementation.
